THOMAS, age 88, of Jefferson City, Tennessee passed away Friday, November 19, 2004. She was a member of Mill Springs Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, William Earl Thomas; son, William Franklin Thomas; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Collins, Sr.; sisters, Edith Eslinger and Margaret Midkiff; brothers, Fred Collins, Jr. and Gentry E. (Pete) Collins. Survived by sister, Lillian C. Hill of Jefferson City; sisters-in-law, Bonnie L. Collins of Jefferson City and Fannye M. Collins of Vandalia, Ohio, Helen Thomas of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. Graveside interment services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 22, 2004 at Westview Cemetery with Dr. Sonny Strange officiating. Friends may call at their convenience at the funeral home.
