Mack Arthur Sharp, age 81, passed away on February 5, 2024 at UT Medical Center following a brief illness. He was the son of the late O.L. and Jessie (Hickman) Sharp. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Joyce (Rayfield) Sharp; parents, O.L. and Jessie Sharp and sister, Tillie Renneker. He is survived by children, Angie (Derwin) Lewis, Vicky Burross, Mack (Amy) Sharp, and Marla (Jason) Burross; grandchildren, Daniel (Amanda) and Dustin (Allison) Morgan, Mack Anthony, Jeremy, and Justin Sharp, Michael (Sarah) and Matthew Burross; great grandchildren, Taylor (Jonathan) Smith, Trevor (Annalise) Fahel, Adrianna, Danielle, Rose, Amelia, and Kynlee Morgan, Kyia Hickman, and Kendall Bryant. Special friends, Mary Workman, Stella McCampbell, Jerry Walters, and Lamar Hance. Mack farmed all his life and retired from Apac after 30 years and worked at Dollywood for 16 years. He was very active in McCampbell’s Chapel and was a trustee and a cemetery trustee and was a volunteer at the SPSP Junior Pro Basketball league. Mack enjoyed listening to gospel music and attending gospel concerts. Family will receive friends on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 4:00-7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Dandridge Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 7:00pm with Rev. Greg White, Rev. Sherri Franklin, and Jason Burross officiating. Interment will take place Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 12:00pm at McCampbell’s Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family ask to please send donations to McCampbells Cemetery Association, P.O.
