Lydia Haag Chandler

LYDIA HAAG CHANDLER, age 84, of Talbott, TN and a former resident of Greenfield, IN, passed away October 28, 2010 at Jefferson County Nursing Home. She was a former member of Bethel Baptist Church of Greenfield, IN. She was an avid gardener and loved to quilt and crochet. Preceded in death by husband, James Morris Chandler; parents, Frank and Oma Welch Haag; brothers, Emmett, Jesse, Ervin and Robert ?Bud? Haag; sisters, Edna Gibbons, Jo Ella Cline and Alice Haag. She is survived by her sons, Luther (Shirley) Chandler and Frank (Julie) Chandler; granddaughters, Bobbie (Rob) Harsh, Sara (Donnie) Houk, Emily and Laura Chandler; great-grandsons, Garrett and Tyler Harsh. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 1, 2010 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City with Rev. Scott Cline officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday morning at Community Chapel Cemetery in Talbott for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
