LUCILLE C. BROOKS, age 57, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Morristown Hamblen Health System. Preceded in death by parents, Angelo and Susan DiGiacomo. She was a devout Jehovah Witness, loving wife, mother and grandmother who was loved by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Timmy Brooks; children, Kenny Norman (Amanda Etherton), and Angel Norman (Javier Vergara); grandchildren, Haylee Norman, Noah Norman, Hayden Eddington, Konner Eddington, Blake Eddington and Kyan Fairley; brothers, Nichlos DiGiacomo and James DiGiacomo.
