CHURCHMAN, age 67 of Jefferson City, TN went to his heavenly home on September 7, 2004 at Hillcrest North. He was a member of Rocky Valley Baptist Church and a member of Cherokee Masonic Lodge # 728 FA&M, a 32nd Degree Mason and Shriner. Preceded in death by his father, Clyde L. Churchman and sister, Evelyn Watkins. Survived by daughters, Cheryl Bowling of Erin, TN; daughters and sons-in-law, Suzanne and Gregg McAskill of Cumberland City, TN, Stephanie and Bob Bakos of Johnston, PA; grandchildren, Sarah and Elizabeth McAskill; mother, Edna Churchman of New Market; brother and sister-in-law, John R. and Edith Churchman of Alcoa, TN; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 10, 2004 at Rocky Valley Baptist Church with Reverend Dwayne Whittington and Reverend John R. Churchman officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the MenÂ?s Sunday School class of Rocky Valley Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City.
