LOUISE NOE TAYLOR, of Dandridge, TN passed away March 8, 2012 at the Jefferson County Nursing Home. She was born September 14, 1918 in Hamblen Co. She was an active member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church of White Pine, where she served as secretary before its closing. Louise retired from Appalachian Electric Coop after 17 years of service and was a member of the Jefferson Women?s Club, Les Amies, APTA, Martha Dandridge Garden Club and Farm Bureau. She was preceded in death by her husband, William B. Taylor; parents, Horace and Jennie Holt Noe; brothers, Clarence and Wilbur Noe; sisters, Doris Noe and Bobbie Mefford. She is survived by her children, Bill (Sharon) Taylor of Nashville, Helen ( Bill) Quarles of Jefferson City and Carolyn (Ted) Raymond of Clarksville; grandchildren, George (Leslie) Quarles, Taylor (Robin) Quarles, Chad Raymond, Amy (Josh) Landers, Mary Raymond, Laura (Jay) Hollis, Elizabeth Taylor, and William (Becca) Taylor; great-grandchildren, Mary Rene, Jack and Beau Quarles, Graham Landers, Anna Cate and Emily Hollis, Camille and Graham Taylor; Sisters, Mary Alice Noe and Billie Goforth; brother-in-law, Frank Taylor; several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Louise N. Taylor Scholarship at Tennessee Technological University, 1 William L. Jones Drive, Cookeville, TN 38501. A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 11, 2012, 4:00pm at the Hopewell Presbyterian Church with Rev. Mark Knisley officiating.
