LOIS ANN MANIS, age 70, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Friday, June 21, 2013. She was retired from Asarco Mines of 20 years. Preceded in death by daughter, Lora L. Cox; sister, Lola C. Cofflin; mother, Lora B. Phipps. Survived by son and wife, Jeffery and Lorie Cox; grandson and wife, Rocky and Chelsea Cox; great-granddaughter, Ivy Cox; sister, Kathy Stanley; brothers, Denver Phipps and Randy Phipps; along with many nieces and nephews.
