Lita Peak Dossey

Lita Peak Dossey, age 58, of Nashville, formally of Point Pleasant, passed away suddenly at St. Thomas West in Nashville. She was a teacher’s assistant in a CDC class at Gene Brown Elementary School in Nashville. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Joyce Peak, sister-in-law, Jane Peak, aunt and uncle, W.E. and Lenora Rines and grandmother, Mae Calfee. She is survived by her husband of 36 years John Dossey, daughter Katie (Daniel Richardson) Dosey and son Andrew Dossey, sisters, Kyra (Randy) Galler and Katherine Russell, brothers, Craig Peak and Troy (Donna) Peak also several nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, July 30, 2017, 7:00pm in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine with the Rev. Harold Manis officiating, family will receive friends from 5-7:00pm prior to the service. Graveside Interment will be held on Monday, July 31, 2017, 10:00am in Point Pleasant Cemetery.
