Lisa Di-Ann Balough of Dandridge, formerly of Ontario, Canada and Naples, Fl, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021. She was a graduate of Carson-Newman University in 1990 with a degree in Sociology/Phsycology, a member of Manley Baptist Church, serving in children’s church, women’s ministry, GriefShare, Mobile Care Ministries and helping wherever there was a need. Lisa recently became a US Citizen in September of 2020. She is preceded in death by her father, Peter Graham and step-father, Whitey Voegeli. She is survived by her husband, Tim Balough of Dandridge, children, Justin Taylor of Ft. Sill, OK, Jesse Taylor of Jefferson City, Abe Taylor of Morristown, Christian (Chelsea) Taylor of Morristown, Paul Balough of Morristown, Nate (Morgan) Balough of Herndon, VA and Ashley Balough of Jefferson City; her mother, Liz Voegeli of Morristown, mother-in-law, Carol Balough of Dandridge, sister, Loralee Lootans of Austin, TX, brother, Bob (Dotti) Voegeli of Tampa, FL and Luke (Sarah) Graham of White Pine, also several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends and family my pay their respects at Manley Baptist Church between the hours of 5-7:00pm on Friday, April 30, 2021 with funeral service to follow at 7:00pm in the sanctuary. Graveside Interment Service will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 11:00am in White Pine Cemetery.
