Lillie F. Ausmus

LILLIE F. AUSMUS, age 91, of Jefferson City, TN went to be with the Lord and her heavenly family on July 26, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family. She attended the Church of God. She was a member of and enjoyed the activities and trips with the Golden Nuggets for many years. Preceded in death by husband, Hobert Ausmus; daughter, Univee Kanipe; grandson, U. S. Marine Corp. Andrew Ausmus; one great grandchild; two great-great grandchildren; parents, Martha and Alfred Yeary; three sons-in-law and one daughter-in-law. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Beulah Ausmus, Alfred Ausmus, John and Sherry Ausmus, Lowell and Mona Ausmus; daughters and sons-in-law, Zella and Jerry Whittemore, Brenda Wilson, Deborah and Mike Monday; 18 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; 3 brothers; 2 sisters; 1 son-in-law; 1 sister-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 29, 2010 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. Eddie Hinton and Rev. Ray Pratt officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Friday morning at Yeary Cemetery in Tazewell for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
