Lillian Anne Lewis

Lillian Annalee "Anne" Lewis passed away April 15, 2018 after a brief illness. She is survived by her children, Pat Cody (Steve Collins), Johnny Spurling (Lisa Toppel), Ronald Spurling, Frank Spurling, Laurie Spurling and Nicole Lewis(Brian Wyka); 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many, many friends. Special friends Lois Worthington and Frankie Maples. The family will receive friends at Farrar's Funeral Home Chapel in Dandridge from 5p.m. – 7p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. Funeral service will be conducted at Deep Springs Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018. Interment will follow service at Fain Cemetery.
