Lena Mae Osborne Gorman

Lena Mae Osborne Gorman, age 68 of White Pine, TN went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 5, 2002 following a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late Jesse C. and Maude (Pack) Osborne. Preceded in death by sisters, Edna and Edith Osborne and brother J. P. Osborne and wife Birdie E. Osborne. Lena was a member of the Mt. Vale Church of God and had worked as a dental assistant, CNA, and for 12 years at American Enka and also was a nanny for parents and children of Penny, B. J. Shauma, and Brian Valentine; Amy and Trevor Scott Wilder, alyson, caroline and Aly Becquette. She is survived by her husband, L. S. Gorman; son, Mark A Gorman; sister, Helen Osborne; sisters and brothers-in-law, Louise and Bruce Samples and Mary Ellen and Roscoe Jordan; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 9, 2002 at Farrar White Pine Chapel with Rev. Tony Collins and Rev. Robert Norton officiating. Interment to follow at Hamblen Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Sunday, December 8, 2002 at the funeral home.
