Leaomia Brooks

Leaomia (Lee) Brooks, age 78 of Sevierville formerly of Dandridge passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 at LeConte Medical Center after losing her battle with covid. Lee was a loving Mother, Mamaw, and Great Mamaw and she inspired our lives with the love for her family and the dedication to them. She never let us give up or surrender no matter how tough things got and will continue to inspire and motivate us through our memories as she was a simple woman with the strength of a lion. Lee was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Bessie Brooks; sister, Wanda Morgan and is survived by her son Anthony Brooks and daughter-in-law, Sherrie; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Betty Brooks; grandchildren, Cynthia Moungey, Lance Moungey, Samantha Moungey, Jerimiah (Shelly) Moungey , Adam Brooks, Angel (Brooks) Moore and husband Dylan, Christina Brooks, and Nathan Brooks; great-grandchildren, Gennessee Moungey and Echo Moore. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, September 13, 2021, 2:00pm at Wesley’s Chapel Cemetery.
