LAWRENCE “LARRY” SOTO, of Talbott, TN went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2024. He was a devoted and loving father, grandfather, and  husband to his wife, Esther. He was a member of The Avenue Church, and was an uncompromising sharer of God’s word, ministering to everyone he met. He was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps, having served in Vietnam. He was a career educator for many years in the Arizona Public School System and the Jefferson County School System. He also served on the Board of Directors for Child and Church Partners.  Preceded in death by his wife, parents, brother and sister. He is survived by his children, David Ross, Lisa Bruno, Jennifer Soto-Moore (Mark Moore), and Lauren Soto; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one sister; two brothers; and three furry grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Farrar Funeral Home. Service will follow at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Justin Graham officiating.
