Laura June Tallent

LAURA JUNE TALLENT, age 52, of New Port Richey, FL and formerly of Jefferson City, TN passed away Thursday, September 15, 2011 due to natural causes. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by parents, Reece and Francis Tallent; and sister, Karen Howard. Survived by daughter, Latasha Tallent of New Port Richey, FL; brother, Ron Tallent of Emmett, Idaho; and several nephews. Memorial funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 25, 2011 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. Darrell Chambers officiating. Family will receive friends immediately following the service. Private interment will be held at a later date. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Mary Ellen Darby, 1321 Laurel Hills Circle, Jefferson City, TN 37760.
