Larry "Bear" Denton

Larry "Bear" Denton, , age 56 of Dandridge, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 8, 2002. He was a member of Nina Baptist Church, a long time employee of Asarco Zinc Mines and owner/operator of Denton Auto Parts. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Denton and brother, George Denton. He is survived by his daughters, Angela Denton of Knoxville and Pamela Denton of Johnson City; mother, Leona "Toni" Sutton Denton of Dandridge; sister and brother-in-law, Deloris and Curt Mason of Dandridge; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charlie and Susan Denton of Dandridge, Robert and Donnie Denton, Michael and Betty Denton, Ricky and Gail Denton, Jerry and Rita Denton, all of White Pine; Steve and Ginger Denton of Talbott; sister-in-law, Diane Denton; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many special friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 11, 2002 at Nina Baptist Church with Reverend Jimmy Norris and Reverend Bobby Kitts officiating. Interment will follow in Hills Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 p.m. Saturday, August 10 at the funeral home. Arrangements by Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge, Tennessee.
