LANDON SHAWN MILLIGAN, age 29, of Talbott, TN passed away at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Parkwest Medical Center. He was a graduate of Morristown West High School, was of the Baptist faith, and had a passionate love for cars, Tennessee Volunteer Football and Formula One Racing. Preceded in death by grandfather, John Milligan. Survived by parents, Mark and Terri Milligan of Talbott, TN; brother Kevin Owen of Morristown, TN; maternal grandparents, Herman and Janice Mutter; paternal grandmother, Betty Milligan Watson; niece, Arista Owen; nephew, Austin Owen; many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home with Dr. Dean Haun officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Saturday morning at Hamblen Memory Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. The family wishes to give a special thank you to Dr. Blake Melling and our office family at Healthstar for their loving kindness and care.
