L. A. Spencer

L. A. Spencer, age 15 of Jefferson City, TN passed away at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at East Tennesse Children Hospital in Knoxville. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his parents, Jimmy and Sherry Spencer of Jefferson City; brothers, Jimmy Spencer, Jr., Roer Spencer, both of Jefferson City, and Steven Elliott of Knoxville; sisters, Alicia Spencer, Linda Land, both of Jefferson City and Stephanie Going of Maryville; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2003 from the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Lee officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 25, 2003 at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to West View Cemetery for a 2 p.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
