KYLENE WEST, age 79, of Talbott, TN passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, May 19, 2014 after a long battle with Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Kyle and Joella Cline; an older brother, James; and younger brother, Walter Frank Cline, all of Talbott. Survived by husband, Marshall “Hix” West; five children, Sherry Dinsmore, Ronnie (Janie), Eddie (Opal), Danny, and Freddy (Robin) Walker; brother, Doyle (Barbara) Cline; sister, Dorothy (Bill) Samples; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of very special friends. A special thanks to UT Home Care of Jefferson City, UT Hospice, and ALS Association, TN Chapter. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Farrar Funeral Home. Service will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. Scott Cline officiating.
