KYE ALLEN THOMAS PHIPPS, infant son of Rev. Alex and Mrs. Connie Phipps of New Market, TN who was born on December 5, 2013, went to be with Jesus, his grandparents, siblings and cousins on February 20, 2014 at ETCH in Knoxville. He was an angel sent from heaven who was with us for a short time, and brought joy to all who knew him. Survived by siblings, Jana, Alex Jr., Rodney, Connellia, Kayla, Caleb, Cameron, Kiarra, Keane, Caden and Keaton; grandparents, Harry and Mary Phipps; aunt Gretchen and uncle Will; aunt Christy and uncle Steve, aunt Mary Ann and uncle Tommy, uncle Kenny, cousins, nieces and nephews; god mothers, Joan Simon, Shannon, Stephanie, Sandy and Cathy; god father, Mark Eskridge; and the A.M.E. Zion Church family. A special thanks to the kind nurses at ETCH and the Ronald McDonald House. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Farrar Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Alex Phipps officiating.
