Kenneth Wayne Stanaford

Kenneth Wayne Stanaford, age 73 of White Pine, passed away at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, on Monday, April 6, 2015. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and a special friend to many. He was a member of North Corbin Missionary Baptist Church, Corbin, KY, and retired owner of Stanaford’s Market in White Oak, TN. He is preceded in death by his parents, Youles Beldon Stanaford and Bessie Alma Teague Stanaford, sister, Beulah Maxine Stanaford and brother, Milace Stanaford. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Janice Powers Stanaford, children: Kenneth Beldon (Deborah) Stanaford, Brien Lee (Kimberly) Stanaford, Amie Chantel (John K. II) Turner, grandchildren: Lindsey, Ashley, Quinton, Shelby, Christis, Brianna, Belle and Shayna, great-grandchildren: Derick, Laklee, Kayden, Alyssa and Haven, brothers: Harold and James Stanaford, sister: Helen Dykes, also several nieces, nephews and other family members that he cared greatly for. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015, 7:00pm at Swannsylvania Baptist Church, 921 Swannslvania Rd, Dandridge TN 37725, with the Rev. Mike Hensley officiating. Family will receive friends from 5-7:00pm prior to the service at the church. Graveside Interment will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015, 11:00am in French Broad Church of the Brethren Church Cemetery, family and friends will gather at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine at 10:30am to go in procession to the cemetery.
