Kathy Dean Barnes

Kathy Dean Osborne Barnes, age 70, passed away after a brief illness on July 5, 2024. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Barnes; parents, Ben and Louise Osborne; and uncle, whom she grew up with as a brother, Gerald (Marian) Henry. She is survived by her daughter, Kelly (Anthony) Novarro; granddaughter, Olivia Novarro; sisters, Carolyn (Charles) Francis and Jane Ellen (Bill) Worth; brother, Benny (Shirley) Osborne; nieces, Diane (David) Large and Lori (Jeff) Collins; nephews, Randy (Kerry) Osborne, Billy (Nancy) Francis and Michael (Georgetta) Lindsey; and several great nieces and nephews and a host of special friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Jefferson County (822 Epco Drive Dandridge, TN 37725). The family will receive friends Friday, July 12, 2024 from 3:00p.m. until 5:00p.m. at Farrar Funeral home, Jefferson City. A private burial for immediate family will be held at a later date.
