Kathryn Dean

Kathryn Dean, age 77 of White Pine passed away Sunday morning, December 15, 2002 at her home. Whe was a retired school teacher of the Jefferson County School System, member of the First United Methodist Church of White Pine. She was the daughter of the late Rev. Walter M. and Mattie S. Dean. She is survived by sister, Mrs. Martha Hall of White Pine; brother and sister in law, Walter L. and Anne Dean of Memphis; nieces Karen Price of White Pine, Kristen Dean Grossman of IL; nephews, Robert Hall of Shanghai, China, Steven Dean of Memphis and Douglas Dean of NH; 10 grandnieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2002 from the First United Methodist Church of White Pine with Rev. David Brannock officiating. Interment to follow in the White Pine Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Building Fund, P.O.
