Member of First United Methodist Church of White Pine, member of Barber Shop Chorus, and a member of Hamblen County Genealogy Club. Preceded in death by her Parents: John (Vic) Carter and Sadie (Murr) Burnette; sisters, Lucille Foshee, Helen Carter and JoAnn Carter. Survived by Husband, Randall Fleenor of the home; daughters and sons-in-law: Vickie Ann and Dennis Roddy of Alexandria, VA., and Rebecca Leah and Usop Chae of Oak Ridge, TN; Grandson, Devin Chae; granddaughters, Emily Fay Roddy and Hannah Marie Roddy; sisters, Jean English of Kingsport, TN and Edith Cantrell of Clarksville, TN; brother: J.V. Carter of Baileyton, TN.; special uncle, Joe Murr; special adopted Ssster, Olive Zollars; several niices and nephews. Funeral Services 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2004 at First United Methodist Church (White Pine) with Reverend Eddie Noe officiating. Family and friends will gather 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at East Lawn Memorial Park (Kingsport, TN) for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening at First United Methodist Church (White Pine) from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. prior to the funeral services.
