Katherine Ann "Seahorn" Quarles

KATHERINE ANN Â?SEAHORNÂ? QUARLES, age 77, of Jefferson City, TN passed away at 9:00 p.m. Sunday, November 16, 2008 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital following a courageous battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Jefferson City. She was retired from First National Bank with 23 years of service, a member of the United Methodist Women, and an avid bowler and square dancer. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Louise Seahorn. Survived by loving husband of 58 years, Keith Quarles; son, David Quarles of Chattanooga; son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Teresa Quarles of Jefferson City; daughter and son-in-law, Lou Ann and Charlie Bean of Knoxville; grandchildren, Kelly (Thomas), Kristi, Chris and Ashley; great-grandsons, Cole and Luke; brother, William Seahorn of New Carlisle, OH; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening, November 18, 2008 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. Doug Wilder officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at Seahorn Chapel Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
