June Lee Collins

JUNE LEE COLLINS, age 84, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014 at the Jefferson County Nursing Home. June was a member of the Talbott Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Evan and Jean Derrick Lee of Pittsburgh, PA; sisters, Betty DeSensi (Tony) and Lucille Yochum (Robert). She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Edward A. Collins, Jr.; children, Yvonne Boyd of Ohio, Edwyn L. Boyd (Shirley) of Birmingham, AL, and Karin Lee Collins (Wes Johnson) of Dandridge, TN; granddaughters, Abby and Hannah Boyd of Birmingham, AL, and Madeline, Lily and Grace Johnson of Dandridge, TN; also many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Snowden officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday morning at Resthaven Cemetery for a 10:00 a.m. graveside entombment service.
