Judy Ann (West) Reynolds

JUDY ANN (WEST) REYNOLDS, age 52, of Lafollette, TN and formerly of Talbott, TN passed away at St. Mary?s Medical Center in Knoxville on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 after a brief illness. She was an employee of St. Mary?s Jefferson Memorial Hospital as an LPN for 33 years. She was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Sartain Springs Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her mother, Marie (Woods) West; grandparents, George and Jennie Bell West, and John (J.W.) and Elmore Woods. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Lowell Reynolds; daughter, Jameson ?Nikki? Bunch; father, Jim and step-mother, Evelyn West; brothers, Jeff (Judy) West of Talbott, Jimmy (Iliana) West of Puyallup, Washington; several nieces and nephews; and special friends on the Jefferson Memorial Hospital staff. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2009 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City at 1:00 p.m. Saturday to proceed to Sartain Springs Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service.
