Judy Ann Goff

JUDY ANN GOFF, age 67, formerly of Knoxville, TN and currently of Dandridge, TN passed away at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Ft. Sanders Medical Center following a sudden illness. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by her father, Coy Smith. Survived by loving husband of 30 years, Charles R. Goff; daughter, Pamela Rankin of Dandridge; son, Mark (Kristy) Wolfenbarger of Morristown; daughter, Sherri (Josh) Henderson of Jefferson City; daughter, Alicia (Dusty) Birch of Dandridge; nine grandchildren; mother, Tiny Smith of Jefferson City; sister, Evelyn (David) Willard of Mascot; brothers, Coy (Tiny) Smith, Jr. of Knoxville and Harold (Collene) Smith of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2011 from Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Robby Drinnon officiating. Family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Sunday, March 27, 2011 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens for a 2:00 p.m. graveside entombment service. In lieu of flowers, memorials for Parkinson's Research may be made to Cole Neuroscience Center, Development Office, 1520 Cherokee Trail, Suite 110, Knoxville, Tn 37920.
