Juanita Lillian Prado Johnson

JUANITA LILLIAN PRADO JOHNSON, of White Pine, TN, went to be with the Lord on April 7, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Epifinio and Isabell Villarreal Prado. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving son, Michael "Mikey" Johnson. These special Bible verses remind us of her: 2 Timothy 4:4-8 "For I am ready to be offered and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course. I have kept the faith. Hence forth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day, and not for me only, but unto all of them to love his appearing." She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church in Jefferson City, TN. She was a special wife, mother, sister, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt and great-aunt. She loved to cook for her family. Left to cherish her memories is her husband, Bill R. Johnson, who she married on February 21, 1958; her son, Brian N. Johnson; her twin sister, Carmen Best; and brother, Robert Jose' Prado; her sisters-in-law, Janet Bartlett, Judy Hill and Cathy Muncy; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2009 in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge with Rev. Jimmy Norris and Rev. Brian Rhodes officiating. Graveside interment service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2009 at Dandridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 9, 2009 from 6;00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. ARRANGEMENTS BY FARRAR FUNERAL HOME IN DANDRIDGE, TN (865) 397-2711
