Juana Davila Torres

Juana Davila Torres – age 85 native of Fajardo, Puerto Rico and recently residing in Jefferson City, TN passed away Monday, March 28, 2022. She was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico on January 3^rd 1937. Tennessee became her home in 2017 after hurricane Maria; she came to live with her daughter Eunice and son-in-law Raymond Rodriguez.  She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years Feliciano Pizarro.  Juana was the daughter of Guadalupe Torres and Celestino Davila from Fajardo, PR.  She was a loving mother of Iliana Pizarro (RIP), Eunice (husband Raymond Rodriguez), Esther (husband Tommy L.  Foster), Israel Pizarro and Debora (husband Ernesto Sepulveda); and a grandmother of Gerson, Ilianexis (husband Kelvin Diaz), Alexander, Melanie (husband  Chris Proffitt), Milton (wife Madison Rodriguez), Stella, Antwan, Ian, Onix, Andree, Ebony, Ambar (husband Miguel Espinoza), and Heftzie.   Great-grandmother of Anaili, Kelianis, Mia, and Kayden.  Juana is survived by her sisters, Iris Mirta, Sara, Ana, Zobeida, and her brothers, Aristides and Rocky.  Juana has many friends and loving family members in the island of Puerto Rico. She was a woman of God and worked actively for the IDDP MI church’s women’s ministry in Puerto Rico.  Juana was a loving and kind woman of God who will be truly missed by friends and family. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Iglesia de Dios “Rey de Gloria”. The address for the funeral services is 1330 E. Dumplin Valley Rd, Jefferson City, TN 37760. Receiving of friends and family will be 4-6pm; the service will follow from 6-6:45pm. A graveside burial will be held at The East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 12:30pm.
