Joyce M. Jones

JOYCE ETHERIDGE JONES, age 92 of Dandridge, TN went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 26, 2019. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, raised her children in Clark, NJ and then moved to Dandridge, TN. She was a member of the Shady Grove United Methodist Church and an active member of the Dandridge Senior Citizens. In her earlier years she worked in the medical field and was an avid tennis player. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Thomas D. Jones; parents, Vernon and Daisy Etheridge; brothers, Harold and John Etheridge. She is survived by her children, daughter Eileen Miller (George); sons, Carl and Ken Jones; sisters-in-law, Jean Etheridge and Ann Levens and several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at Farrar Funeral Home,162 E. Meeting St., Dandridge,TN on Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 3:00 to 4:00pm with a memorial service to follow at 4:00pm with Rev.
