JOSEPH BASIL SIMS, age 93 of White Pine, TN passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at Morristown Hamblen Health Care. Survived by daughter, Jolene Ramsey of California; son, Robert M. Sims of California; grandson, Robert T. Sims of White Pine, TN and three other grandchildren of California; two great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 2 until 4 p.m. Sunday at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine. Inurnment memorial services will be held at a later date in California.
