JOSEPH STEVEN SIMPSON, age 71, of Sevierville, TN passed away peacefully on April 1, 2020 after a long struggle. A private graveside service will be held at Hills Union Methodist Church Cemetery April 3, 2020 with military honors. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
