Joseph Franklin Lowe

JOSEPH FRANKLIN LOWE, age 52, of Dandridge, TN passed away Friday, March 22, 2013 at his home after a short illness. He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Faye Chambers Lowe and sister, Vicky Henry. He is survived by his wife, Estelene Coleman Lowe of Dandridge; son, Adam Lowe; daughter, Anna Lowe; father, Joseph Flagner Lowe and stepmother, Rebecca Lowe of Sevierville; stepson, Richard Slone; sisters, Treasa Teague, Freeda Trunnum; brother, Cos Lowe; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Rod and Lisa Hetherington, Terri Meidinger, Mike Payne and many others. The family would like to thank Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice for all their services. Funeral service Saturday, March 23, 2013, 7:00pm at the Hills Union United Methodist Church. Graveside interment service, Sunday, 2:00 pm at Hills Union Cemetery. Family will receive friends Saturday evening, 5:00 to 7:00pm prior to services at the church.
