JOHNSON, infant son of Joseph E. and Melissa Ayers Johnson, passed away at 12:11 a.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital. Preceded in death by grandfather, John Johnson, Jr.; great grandfathers, Willis Jr. McGeorge, G. D. Holt and Wayne Ward. Survived by parents, Joseph E. and Melissa Ayers Johnson; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Donna Ayers of Jefferson City; maternal great grandmother, Joyce McGeorge of Jefferson City; maternal great grandparents, Rev. Sam and Mossie Ayers of New Tazewell; paternal grandparents, Francis and Trula Moorehead of New Jersey; paternal great grandparents, Georgia Holt of Newport, Vada Ward of Bulls Gap and John Sr. and Kathy Johnson of Morristown; several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Sam Ayers officiating. Interment to follow in the McGeorge Family Cemetery.
