Joseph Hartley

REV. JOSEPH HARTLEY, age 57, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Monday, November 08, 2010 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Preceded in death by father, Rev. Clyde Hartley; daughter, Joann Hartley. He was a member of Captive Free Ministries of Talbott and was active in the jail ministries of his church. Survived by mother, Dorothy Hartley; daughter and son-in-law, Ruth Ann and Dale Sexton; granddaughter, Alesha Sexton; several step-children; special friends, Gertrude Lawson and Gwen Muncey; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Glen Dockins officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
