Jonathon Allen Hance

JONATHON ALLEN HANCE, age 24, of Dandridge, TN passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 7, 2009 at his home. He was a 2003 graduate of Jefferson County High School, and was also a four year veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He was currently serving in the Tennessee Air National Guard, and was employed by the state of Tennessee as a firefighter. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Grover J. Bahlhorn and James S. Hance, as well as his aunt, Helen Gregg. Survived by his parents, James D. (Sarge) and Jennifer A. Hance of Dandridge; brother, Justin D. Hance and girlfriend Tonya Collins of Norton, VA; niece, Alina Bradford of Dandridge; nephews, Byron Hance and Mikey Farmer of Virginia; grandmothers, Tanya Bahlhorn of Eric, Michigan and Edna Hance of Newport; also many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge with Rev. Troy Duncan officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 11, 2009 at the funeral home to proceed to Resthaven Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
