Johnny Milton Stapleton

Johnny Milton Stapleton of White Pine, TN passed away peacefully into eternal rest Saturday, October 24, 2020. He was born September 9, 1953 to the late William Riley Stapleton and Rusha Stapleton Tomlinson. He was retired moulder operator for Magnavox in Jefferson City, TN. He was a loving husband, dad, brother, uncle, papaw, and friend. Johnny is preceded in death by his grandparents, Rev. Ed and Martha Farmer and Charles and Molly Stapleton; brothers, Robert (Bob) Stapleton and Jimmy Stapleton; son-in-law, Mark Floyd. He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Darlene Stapleton; daughter, Gwen Stapleton and Rayvon Bly; granddaughters, Alexis Floyd and Dustin Moulden, Taylor Floyd; great granddaughters, Paisley Steinberg and Willow Moulden; brothers, Bud and Rita Stapleton, Darl and Wanda Stapleton, Glen Stapleton; sisters, Ruth and Bobby Baker, Clarice and Dale Brummett, Jean and Jerry Bright, Myrtle Starns, Ollie and Ron Miller; best friend, Gary Stroud, several nieces and nephews and a special pet, Meow, Meow. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
