MURPHY, age 67,of Jefferson City, Tennessee passed away July 7, 2004 at his home. He attended the Jefferson County school system and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Pharmacy. He was a member of the Tennessee Pharmacist Association, the National Community Pharmacy Association and the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. Jack and his family have owned and operated Murphy?s Sav-Mor Pharmacy since 1969. He is survived by his wife, Georgia Bettis Murphy; sons and daughters-in-law, John Jr. and Jamie Murphy of Jefferson City, Mark and Lisa Murphy of Nashville, TN; granddaughters, Brandi Nicole Murphy and Jacklyn Elizabeth Murphy of Jefferson City, Taylor Marissa Murphy of Nashville. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 11, 2004 at the funeral home in Jefferson City. The funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Dr. William J.
