Joey Long

JOEY LONG, age 28 of Sevierville, passed away May 5, 2022, unexpectedly. Joey gained his wings and has left lots of crushed hearts. He was a kind man with a tender heart with lots of love. He was a hard worker and also a graduate of Seymour High School. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Dorothy Hauptmann Thielepape and grandfather, Harry Lane Thielepape, Sr. Joey is survived by his mother, Melanie (Bill Brewer) Thielepape; twin sister, Mary Long; sisters, Toni (Brian) Martin, Audrey (Kris Erickson) Denman; brother, Greg “Bubba” Van Volkom, Jr., father, Joseph Mudloff, Dad, Tony (Shannon) Long, niece, Summer Erickson; nephews, Castle Erickson and Daniel Sagraves; aunt, Debi (Paul) Maynard; grandparents, Yvonne and Leon Long. A visitation will take place on Thursday, May 12, 2022, from 2:00pm until 3:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home, Dandridge Chapel with a Celebration of Life Prayer Service to follow.
