JOEL WAYNE BOUNDS, age 48, of Talbott, TN passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare. Preceded in death by father, Charles Bounds; grandchildren, DeShawn Bounds and Danielle Bounds. Survived by wife, Stephanie Autrey of Strawberry Plains, TN; sons, Michael Bounds of Bean Station, TN; Mitchell Bounds of Talbott, TN; mother, Wanda Orfield. Family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2012 at Farrar Funeral Home and then proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for a 1:30 p.m. graveside interment service.
