Jocelyn B. Neary

JOCELYN B. NEARY, age 80, of Strawberry Plains, TN passed away on June 26, 2017 at home. She was an accomplished quilter, with the Quilts of Valor Program being very close to her heart. She worked as a registered nurse for 45 years, and loved her puppies and horses. She is survived by her son, Edward C. Neary of Woodstock, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Jocelyn P. and Jerry Smith of Knoxville, TN; daughter, Amy B. Neary of Strawberry Plains, TN; grandson, Jaquan Smith; brother, William J. Warren; special cousins, Patricia Joscelyn and Tyler Joscelyn of Reston, VA; nieces and nephews, Wendy Drasdo, John Warren and Tiff Warren of California. A private service will be held at a later time. Memorials may be made to the Quilts of Valor Program, or the Humane Society of Jefferson County.
