JESSEI (JOE) NEWMAN, age 57 of Dandridge, TN passed away Sunday, December 7, 2003 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He was born and raised in Dandridge. He was retired from Dandridge Water Dept. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Audra Newman; daughter, Tammy Ann Newman and two sisters. Survived by wife, Sherry Newman; sons and daughters in law, Bobby and Tonya Newman, Dale and Julie Newman, Steve and Tammy Newman; grandchildren, Alesha, Tyler, Hannah, Mashaya, Mason, Haley, Carson; sisters, Juanita Loveday, Roberta Dalton, Rowena Davis; brothers, Crl Newman, Charlie Newman, Roy Newman, Nelson Newman, George Newman, James Newman. Funeral service 8 p.m. Wednesday, dec. 10, 2003 at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge with Rev. Bobby Kitts officiating.
