Campbell, age 83,of Jefferson City, TN and formerly of Halethorpe, MD, passed away 10:00 a.m. March 6, 2005 at Jefferson County Nursing Home. He was a veteran of W.W. II having served in the U. S. Army. He was retired from Hutzler?s Bros. Dept. Store in Baltimore, MD, after 40 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Lena Campbell; son and daughter-in-law: Stewart and Linda Campbell of Baltimore, MD; 2 granddaughters, Jennifer and Jessica Campbell, both of Baltimore, MD, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Reverend Jerry Colbert officiating. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening March 8, 2005 at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the Alzheimer?s Association, Eastern Tennessee Chapter, 1925 Alcoa Hwy., Knoxville, Tennessee 37920.
