Jennie L. Shrader

JENNIE L. SHRADER, age 103, of Jefferson City, TN passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May 11, 2017. She was a member of Oakland United Methodist Church for 69 years. Her family had three sets of five generations. Preceded in death by her husband, Rosen H. Shrader; daughters, Martha Jane Shrader and Betty Lou Gann; son, Lloyd H. Shrader; grand-daughter-in-law, Linda Gann; brother and sister-in-law, Alf and Bernice Eledge. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Jack R. and Kathryn Shrader, James Ashley and Kathy Shrader; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge with Rev. John Clark and Rev. Kathy Hale officiating. Family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Sunday at Hills Union Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service.
