He was a member of the First Baptist Church of White Pine. Preceded in death by mother, Dorothy "Deanie Mae" Blanchard; grandmothers, Nannie Reed, Dean Blanchard; grandfathers, Eulis Reed, Bob Blanchard; wife, Cindy Blanchard. He is survived by his wife of one month, Judy Blanchard; sons, Jordan Blanchard, William Rayle; father, Charlie Blanchard; brothers, Ronnie Blanchard and Doug Blanchard; sister, Susan Blanchard; special nephews, Blaine Blanchard and Jack Reynolds; mother-in-law, Ann Reynolds; brother and sister-in-law, Ben and Teresa Reynolds; and numerous family and friends. A special thank you to the nurses of Morristown-Hamblen Hospice and Dr. Susan Huntsinger. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 15, 2007 from the First Baptist Church of White Pine with Rev. Brian Osborne officiating. Interment will follow in White Pine Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening at First Baptist Church of White Pine.
