Jean Marie Sexton Myers

JEAN MARIE SEXTON MYERS, age 73, of Baneberry, Tn passed away Tuesday evening, February 27, 2007 in Sebring, FL. She was born january 8, 1934 in Jonesville, VA to Camel and Bertha Yount Sexton. The Myers moved to East Tennessee in 1954 and she worked for APAC, Inc. for 34 years as an administrative assistant before her retirement. Jean was a member of the Leadvale Baptist Church of White Pine and enjoyed playing bridge, playing golf, reading and being with friends and family. She will be missed by the many friends in her golf group in Avon Park. FL. She was a the loving wife and is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Lester Harold Myers; loving mother of daughter, Melissa Myers Voss of Atlanta, GA; granddaughter, Tiffany L. Voss, a senior at Clemson University; son-in-law, John B. Voss. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2007 in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine, TN with Rev. Charles Robison officiating. Interment graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Thompson Settlement Baptist Church Cemetery in Jonesville, VA.
