Jay Walter Cook

Jay Walter Cook, age 61, of Dandridge, TN passed away October 28, 2019 at Morristown Hamblen Hospital. He was the son of the late Donzie and Mary “Rush” Cook Sr. Jay is survived by a brother, Donzie Cook Jr. and sister, Sharon Floyd both of Dandridge. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
