Janice Swanson

Janice Swanson, born July 14, 1942 in Vernon, TX. She passed away from this earthly home Jan. 22, 2021. Janice is survived by 2 children. Rual Swanson, and his wife Shay Swanson of Morristown, TN and Elaine Marin of Wichita Falls, TX. She is survived by 9 grandchildren. Caleb, Ryan, Tyler, Sidney Swanson and Shealean Wells, Paige Flores, Andi Dehoyos, Roxy Marin, Lee Marin. Janice had a Masters degree in education, but has always worked in healthcare helping others. Her life mirrors her favorite poem “the road not taken” by Robert Frost. She always was someone that would challenge others to do better and was a true advocate for others. She will be missed by all those that knew her, especially her special “T”. Their bond was nothing short of special and amazing to see. Those two would get in all sorts of adventures together.
