Janell McDonald Heilgeist

Janell McDonald Heilgeist, of Jefferson City, TN passed away March 6, 2016 at Jefferson County Nursing Home in Dandridge, TN. Janell, was a long time resident of Jefferson City. She loved her family, music, animals, and a good joke. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 72 years, Bruno Heilgeist, brothers, Earl, Frank, Don, and Bobby McDonald, sisters, Beatrice Oakley, Virginia Carter, and Ruth Hayes. Janell is survived by several loving nieces and nephews and two special sisters-in-law. Janell will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Jefferson County Nursing Home for their care, concern, and comfort for Janell during her brief time there. Graveside entombment service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Rev. Darrell Chambers officiating.
